  INTRODUCTION

RJ10 comes from vegetal origin. It has matchless biodegradable properties, that aid to protect environment and also to sustainable development. It fulfils the highest standards of quality.

  WHAT'S RJ10?

It is an Organic Product Hydro-Oxygenate that acts as booster of liquid fuels. Mixed in the indicated proportions, it improves the combustion in their entire dimension and contributes the following advantages:

•   Yield improvement, with a FUEL SAVING up to 20%..
• Eliminates pollution produced by combustion phenomena, black monoxides, sulphurs and smoke, that is, LESS POLLUTION.
• Extends life in motors, boilers and combustion chambers, REDUCING the OPERATING EXPENSESES.
RJ10 reduces CO2, Volatile Organic Compound “VOC”, sulphur (acid rain) and nitrous oxide emissions to the atmosphere; at the same time that it diminishes mud and paraffin. Composition: carbon (36%), hydrogen (43%) and oxygen (18%). APPLICATIONS All type of gasolines in automotive and gasoline motors in general.

USE WAY

RJ10 added in a proportion of 0.25% (2.5 litters of RJ10 by 1000 litters of fuel) directly in the deposit hydro-oxygenates fuel, obtaining a uniform mixture.

It has to be used in this way: DIESEL OIL and GASOLINE

a) DIESEL OIL IN HEATINGS AND PRODUCTION 

RJ10 mixed in a proportion of 0.25% (2.5 litters of RJ10 by 1000 of diesel oil), aids to a more perfect combustion (which means a diminution of smoke, soot, ashes etc.), producing a catalytic hydrogen loosening (combustible), that has as result of a much more live and effective flame, being able to reach in a shorter time the temperature of cut of the burner programmed in the thermostat or --- .Consequently it acts on all problems originated by diesel oil, obtaining the following results: :

Mud elimination in the tanks, suppressing cleaning expenses.
Diesel oil and fuel oil fluidization, diminishing its viscosity.
• Neutralization of the corrosive effects caused by sulphur compounds formed in the combustion.
Elimination of incrustations formed in the tubes of the boilers in contact with resulting gases of the combustion.
Better conservation of thermal homes (it prevents remainders formation and eliminates the existing ones progressively).
Diminution of the final sulphur content.
• Perfect pulverization and combustion of diesel oil and fuel oil. (It forms a finer fog).
• Economy of fuel and yield increase, as a result of the best combustion.
• Suppression of blackouts in burners and the consequent explosions.
• Suppression of black smokes and soot in chimneys and conduits, reason why it improves burners, furnaces and boilers yield, increasing the energetic efficiency of your facilities (It obtains a greater energetic power).

Consequently it diminishes the operating expenses of your facilities and increases useful life of valves and injectors.

b) DIESEL OIL IN AUTOMOTION, TRANSPORTS, MACHINERY AND VEHICLES TO MOTOR

• RJ10 has to be mixed in a proportion of 0.5% (0.5 litters of RJ10 by 100 of diesel oil). After spending the third deposit, filters have to be changed, because the mixture with RJ10 will have considerably cleaned the circuit.
• Once the filters have been changed, the mixture will have to be mixed in a proportion of 0.25% (0.25 litters of RJ10 by each 100 of diesel oil). Afterwards, we manage to reduce CO, SO2 and NO2 oxides emissions, contributing to a greater yield in motors, and allowing a total advantage of the combustion. This factor brings an important diminution in consumption, generating less nonburned and avoiding the polluting emissions to the atmosphere. The internal combustion in chambers generates remainders and fine coal that adhere to the thermodynamic equipment, originating wearing outs and diminishing motors’ life. This problem is avoided with the use of RJ10 mixed with the diesel oil in the described proportions, and consequently, it obtains more effectiveness in motors, better starting and less vibration.

- In brief, with RJ10:

• Diminution in consumption.
• Diminution in pollution.
• Increase in power.
• Improvement in cold start.
• Keeps clean the circuit of feeding (pump, injectors…)
• Eliminates mineral fine coal and remainders in chambers.
• Avoids wearing outs (clean chambers).
• Avoids the freezing of fuel.

c) AUTOMOTION GASOLINES

d) GENERATOR SETS AND MOTOR OF STATIC USE

• RJ10 has to be used during the three first weeks a proportion of 0.5% (0.5 litters of RJ10 by 100 of diesel oil). After the third week, the filters have to be changed, because the mixture with RJ10 will have considerably cleaned the circuit.

• Once the filters have been changed, the mixture will have to be mixed in a proportion of 0.25% (0.25 litters of RJ10 by each 100 of diesel oil). Afterwards, we manage to reduce CO, SO2 and NO2 oxides emissions, contributing to a greater yield in motors, and allowing a total advantage of the combustion. FUEL OIL

The 0.25 % mixture will have to be added in the nurse bee, since fuel must be hot enough for the mixture to be uniform. The mixture will be carried out by means of a “dispenser” that will contribute the necessary amount of RJ10 based on the kilos of fuel received by the nurse bee.
